[Libpqxx-general] pqxx::result::errorposition()

Hi Jeroen,

I can ask you, if is possible to move function pqxx::result::errorposition() to public API.
It helps me place cursor in SQL editor to right position, when SQL error occures.

I also interested about other's error informations PG_DIAG_MESSAGE_DETAIL, PG_DIAG_CONTEXT, PG_DIAG_SQLSTATE.
It would be nice to have access to those error informations.
